Repairs

We are committed to providing the finest quality jewelry and the highest level of service to our customers. BuyDazzle will re-size jewelry free of charge up to thirty days of purchase. We will repair any damage due to craftsmanship or normal wear free of charge for as long you own the item.

• Please call customer service at 877-7Dazzle
  (877-732-9953) to request a repair authorization number.
• Carefully wrap and mail item to buyDazzle.com 7855 Kenwood Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236. Please include a detailed note describing damage or re-sizing request as well as your name, address and preferably, original invoice number. Do not indicate contents of package on outside labels.
• Repairs and re-sizing are usually completed and shipped back to customer within one week of receipt.
• Customers are responsible for shipping and delivery costs of repair or re-size items.
• BuyDazzle is not responsible for merchandise that it does not receive, or for lost or stolen items.
• BuyDazzle will not repair jewelry that has been damaged due to negligent or abusive treatment. We will not repair items that have been altered or repaired by another jeweler.
