2. To participate in the Jewelry Giveaway go to www.buydazzle.com. Click on the "Win A.." link, fill out the onscreen form and click “Submit”. Entries will be accepted starting at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) April 2nd, 2008 and ending at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) May 4th, 2008. Only one entry per person. If multiple entries are made by the same person using different email addresses, these will be identified and disqualified. The winner will be determined in a random drawing to be held May 5th, 2008 and will be notified by email.

Winner is solely responsible for all expenses relative to acceptance of the prize that are not specified herein. Prize must be accepted as awarded with no substitution.
